Offerings

It is truly my passion and sincere wish to share with you what I’ve learned – both physically and mentally – over these past 17 years. I blend my experience and daily routine of running, hiking, yoga, and meditation to bring you the same well-being, calm and joy that has been life-changing for me.

 

I hope that through my hiking sessions, daily retreats, and yoga practices, you will feel refreshed and grounded, with a peace and stillness that will carry you on whatever life journey you may be facing. 

Please note that all my Day Retreats are in small groups to ensure everyone's well being.

New Year Mount Tamalpais Hike|January 22nd|9:00-3:00 

Kick-off the New Year with this abbreviated 10 mile version of the traditional Circumambulation, starting and ending at Bootjack parking lot. 

Join us on this beautiful and very rewarding hike featuring some of the best trails in Marin.

No Yoga.

$75 per person including lunch.

Finding Equanimity  - Fall Hike & Yoga Weekend Retreat

I am excited and honored to be invited as a guest teacher at this serene and gorgeous Retreat Center near the Sonoma Coast. Treat yourself or someone you love to this  not to be missed  get-away and magnificent weekend of hiking, yoga,  meditation, healthy foodjournaling  and connection. We will hike through the amazing scenery, Flow in the Center's tranquil Yoga studio, enjoy delicious food, explore Equanimity in the context of all 4 Brahmaviharas and reflect through journaling. Keepsake Journals with writing prompts will be provided. Space is limited, sign-up early!

Start your day right by cultivating inner calm and feeling your best. Slow Flow featuring a combo of mediation, breathing exercises, stretching and strength building Yoga in the comfort of your home. Optional added 15 Minutes for guided Meditation.

Unwind from your day and transition into the evening with this Restorative style class including gentle flow, breathing exercises, meditation and lots of stretching to encourage stress relief and a good nights sleep.

Ignite your Core - Special Yoga Workshop targeting your Center

January 28th| 4:00-5:00 pm |Metta Yoga Corte Madera

Join me for this fun and challenging workshop focusing on strengthening our mid section. Think of your core muscles as the sturdy central link in a chain connecting your upper and lower body. Whether you're hitting a tennis ball or mopping the floor, the necessary motions either originate in your core, or move through it. The core muscles stabilize the center of the body so that the muscles of the appendicular skeleton can pull against a stable platform.

The strength and mobility of your core muscles and pelvic floor is connected to not only your physical health but also to stress, mood, emotional health, and your ability to build healthy relationships with yourself and others.

Yoga for Runners, Hikers and all Athletes seeking improved strength , mobility and flexibility | March 4th| 4:00-5:15 pm

Metta Yoga Studio Corte Madera  

75 Minute Yoga class with fun music especially designed for Runners and Hikers. We will warm up with some Vinyasa Flows and then focus on specific postures that will target flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, and mental focus. You will walk away with heightened body awareness and a list of effective stretches and exercises that will set you on the path of continued recovery habits that are easy and effective.
