It is truly my passion and sincere wish to share with you what I’ve learned – both physically and mentally – over these past 15 years. I blend my experience and daily routine of running, hiking, yoga, and meditation to bring you the same well-being, calm and joy that has been life-changing for me.

 

I hope that through my hiking sessions, daily retreats, and yoga practices, you will feel refreshed and grounded, with a peace and stillness that will carry you on whatever life journey you may be facing. 

In addition to the retreats and classes listed below, I offer customized private, group, and corporate guided half and full-day hiking retreats, as well as yoga classes.  Ideas include: Birthday Hikes with or without Yoga, Children’s Nature and Yoga, Girlfriends Day Out, Wedding Party, Anniversaries, Family or Friendship Reunions.
I also offer one on one and semi private outings and yoga sessions.

This dynamic, breath driven flow invokes Agni, or fire, and a healthy sweat. Expect a vigorous yet well-balanced 2/3 Level Vinyasa practice with music.

Based on the classic Vinyasa, this steady paced flow syncs breath with movement. Dance between smoothly flowing poses and longer held poses to build stamina and strength. Level 2/3 class with music.
