Offerings

It is truly my passion and sincere wish to share with you what I’ve learned – both physically and mentally – over these past 15 years. I blend my experience and daily routine of running, hiking, yoga, and meditation to bring you the same well-being, calm and joy that has been life-changing for me.

 

I hope that through my hiking sessions, daily retreats, and yoga practices, you will feel refreshed and grounded, with a peace and stillness that will carry you on whatever life journey you may be facing. 

In addition to the retreats and classes listed below, I offer customized private, group, and corporate guided half and full-day hiking retreats, as well as yoga classes.  Ideas include: Birthday Hikes with or without Yoga, Children’s Nature and Yoga, Girlfriends Day Out, Wedding Party, Anniversaries, Family or Friendship Reunions.
I also offer one on one and semi private outings and yoga sessions.

Mid-Week Early Morning Strong Hike Every Wednesday at 6:45am
$25/person  

Start your work day happy!

Join us every Wednesday morning for a fast-paced 1.5 hour hike, including some strength and flexibility work. Meet at 6:45 am at the Oakwood Valley Trailhead in Mill Valley

Decompress and Reset!

Unwind from the week, realign your intentions and transition into the weekend! 2 hour moderate hike with some meditation/reflection in various locations.

All proceeds from my Friday hikes will go to charities as described under Philanthropy.

Hike, Lunch & Yoga on the Meadow| June 5th|9:00am-2:00pm

$60/person

Half-day / Limited to 10

Scenic, moderate 7-8 mile hike offering some of the best vistas in Marin, followed by  yoga and lunch on a beautiful meadow.  Lunch will be provided.

Yoga for Runners and Hikers

June 4th| 4:00-5:15 pm

Metta Yoga Studio Corte Madera  

75 Minute Yoga class with fun music especially designed for Runners and Hikers. We will warm up with some Vinyasa Flows and then focus on specific postures that will target flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, and mental focus. You will walk away with heightened body awareness and a list of effective stretches and exercises that will set you on the path of continued recovery habits that are easy and effective.

Fiery Flow

This dynamic, breath driven flow invokes Agni, or fire, and a healthy sweat. Expect a vigorous yet well-balanced 2/3 Level Vinyasa practice with music.
