Offerings

It is truly my passion and sincere wish to share with you what I’ve learned – both physically and mentally – over these past 20 years. I blend my experience and daily routine of running, hiking, yoga, and meditation to bring you the same well-being, calm and joy that has been life-changing for me.

 

I hope that through my hiking sessions, daily retreats, and yoga practices, you will feel refreshed and grounded, with a peace and stillness that will carry you on whatever life journey you may be facing. 

​

Please note that all my Day Retreats are in small groups to ensure everyone's well being. Half and full-day Hike & Yoga retreats can include a nutritious and delicious lunch, locally-sourced and supporting small businesses.

A Pause for Healing and Renewal

​

After much reflection, I’ve decided to take a step back from leading hikes for a while to focus on my own healing and recovery. As a guide and Yoga Teacher, I’ve always emphasized the importance of listening to our bodies and honoring the balance between movement, challenge  and rest. Now, it’s my turn to fully embrace that philosophy.

​

While I’ll deeply miss sharing the beauty of nature with my community during this time, I know this pause is necessary to recharge and prepare for the adventures that lie ahead.

​

Thank you for your understanding and support. You can still find me on the mat leading my monthly workshops and teaching other classes at Metta Yoga Studios and I look forward to returning to the trails refreshed and ready to share new journeys with you in the future.

Based on the classic Vinyasa, this steady paced flow syncs breathe with movement. Dance between smoothly flowing poses and longer held poses to build stamina and strength.

Discover the true essence of core strength in our “Empower Your Core” Yoga Fusion class. This class goes beyond traditional ab workouts and delves into the comprehensive world of core muscles that encompasses your entire midsection. We’ll explore the pelvis, glutes, hips, back and front muscles of your torso - the central part of your body, sometimes likened to the trunk of a tree.  

Like a sturdy tree with strong roots and a solid trunk, a well-developed core is the foundation for the rest of your body’s movements. By engaging and strengthening this vital area, you’ll experience enhanced balance, stability and overall physical health. 

We will flow through a series of dynamic and mindful poses designed to activate and challenge all aspects of our core. Learn how to properly engage each muscle group, preventing your body from relying only on the strongest muscles, safeguarding against overuse and achieving balance.

Join us for this strong and fun Yoga based fusion class, tailor -made for runners, hikers and all outdoor enthusiast looking to enhance their game through mindful cross-training.  

We will flow through a variety of sequences that will move you in new and different ways to increase your strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, mental focus and overall fitness.

You will leave this class with a heightened body awareness and a list of simple movements you can easily incorporate in your daily routine, setting you on a path of continued recovery and physical well being so you can keep doing what you love feeling your best form.
