It is truly my passion and sincere wish to share with you what I’ve learned – both physically and mentally – over these past 17 years. I blend my experience and daily routine of running, hiking, yoga, and meditation to bring you the same well-being, calm and joy that has been life-changing for me.
I hope that through my hiking sessions, daily retreats, and yoga practices, you will feel refreshed and grounded, with a peace and stillness that will carry you on whatever life journey you may be facing.

Please note that all my Day Retreats are in small groups to ensure everyone's well being. Half and full-day Hike & Yoga retreats can include a nutritious and delicious lunch, locally-sourced and supporting small businesses.

I am excited and honored to be invited as a guest teacher at this serene and gorgeous Retreat Center near the Sonoma Coast. Treat yourself or someone you love to this not to be missed get-away and magnificent weekend of hiking, yoga, meditation, healthy food, journaling and connection. We will hike through the amazing scenery, Flow in the Center's tranquil Yoga studio, enjoy delicious food, explore Equanimity in the context of all 4 Brahmaviharas and reflect through journaling. Keepsake Journals with writing prompts will be provided.

Green Gulch Fall Hike & Yoga Day Retreat
Green Gulch Farm and Zen Center

Join us for this magnificent day of Hiking, Yoga, Meditation, Healthy Food and Sangha. We will start the day with a moderate coastal hike, followed by a healthy vegetarian lunch from the Farm's own fields and a deeply nourishing Yoga Flow in the afternoon. Plenty of time to wander the grounds, visit the well curated bookstore and even bring home a loaf of freshly baked bread from the Center's well known bakery.
$165 per person, includes guided hike and meditation, snacks and lunch, Yoga and all Yoga props (bring your own mat).

Join me for this fun and challenging workshop focusing on strengthening our mid section. Think of your core muscles as the sturdy central link in a chain connecting your upper and lower body. Whether you're hitting a tennis ball or mopping the floor, the necessary motions either originate in your core, or move through it. The core muscles stabilize the center of the body so that the muscles of the appendicular skeleton can pull against a stable platform. The strength and mobility of your core muscles and pelvic floor is connected to not only your physical health but also to stress, mood, emotional health, and your ability to build healthy relationships with yourself and others.

Yoga for Runners, Hikers and all Athletes seeking improved strength , mobility and flexibility

75 Minute Yoga class with fun music especially designed for runners and hikers. We will warm up with some Vinyasa Flows and then focus on specific postures that will target flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, and mental focus. You will walk away with heightened body awareness and a list of effective stretches and exercises that will set you on the path of continued recovery habits that are easy and effective.
