It is truly my passion and sincere wish to share with you what I’ve learned – both physically and mentally – over these past 15 years. I blend my experience and daily routine of running, hiking, yoga, and meditation to bring you the same well-being, calm and joy that has been life-changing for me.


I hope that through my hiking sessions, daily retreats, and yoga practices, you will feel refreshed and grounded, with a peace and stillness that will carry you on whatever life journey you may be facing. 

In addition to the retreats and classes listed below, I offer customized private, group, and corporate guided half and full-day hiking retreats, as well as yoga classes.  Ideas include: Birthday Hikes with or without Yoga, Children’s Nature and Yoga, Girlfriends Day Out, Wedding Party, Anniversaries, Family or Friendship Reunions.
I also offer one on one and semi private outings and yoga sessions.

Mid-Week Afternoon Reset Hike & Yoga | Various Dates at 4pm

Mid-week reset and intention-setting in an easily accessible location in Southern Marin. Includes a 2-hour hike, yoga, and meditation. I will reach out to you as we get closer to the date with the place and time, as it will vary according to weather and changing sunset times.

Hike, Yoga and Wellness Day Retreat at the beautiful Muir Woods Park Community Association Clubhouse  in Mill Valley |

Sunday, April 3rd |  8:30am-5:00pm

$120/person. Please note, non-refundable after March 20th.

Treat yourself to this nourishing day of hiking, yoga, healthy nutrition and wellness. We will start our day with an invigorating hike on Mount Tam, followed by a delicious and wholesome lunch before we settle onto our mats 

for a 2 hour long Yoga practice, including meditation and inspirational readings.

Ignite your Core - Special Yoga Workshop targeting your Center

Join me for this fun and challenging workshop focusing on strengthening our mid section. Think of your core muscles as the sturdy central link in a chain connecting your upper and lower body. Whether you're hitting a tennis ball or mopping the floor, the necessary motions either originate in your core, or move through it. The core muscles stabilize the center of the body so that the muscles of the appendicular skeleton can pull against a stable platform.

The strength and mobility of your core muscles and pelvic floor is connected to not only your physical health but also to stress, mood, emotional health, and your ability to build healthy relationships with yourself and others.

Yoga for Runners and Hikers

Metta Yoga Studio Corte Madera  

75 Minute Yoga class with fun music especially designed for Runners and Hikers. We will warm up with some Vinyasa Flows and then focus on specific postures that will target flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, and mental focus. You will walk away with heightened body awareness and a list of effective stretches and exercises that will set you on the path of continued recovery habits that are easy and effective.
